Chapel Hill Bird Club Field Trips

Saturday morning trips leave the Glen Lennox parking lot (on the north side of 54 just east of the intersection with 15-501 in Chapel Hill) [map] at 7:30 a.m. sharp and return by noon. Changes from this schedule will be posted to CarolinaBirds and the Chapel Hill Bird Club Facebook page. If you don’t subscribe to CarolinaBirds, postings are also available at ABA North and South Carolina Bird News. Reservations are not necessary for local trips: just show up! Beginners and visitors are welcome! Bring binoculars, footwear appropriate for the weather, a scope if you've got one, and be prepared for a hike.
