Worn male, Chihuahua Woods RR tracks, Hidalgo Co., TX 10/18/04.

This rare butterfly resembles Giant Swallowtail, but is paler yellow, the bands on the forewing just touch at the tip (not crossing), and there's no yellow on the tails.
